Services

SGVMWD primary role is to deliver replenishment water but that is only part of the district's role.

Twenty four hours a day, seven days a week our staff is continuously on call to monitor, manage and maintain a complex delivery system that has been engineered to always function at optimum.

The District also serves to help its communities clean and purify their water supplies to meet state and federal standards and to pursue ways to assure improved water reliability. Staff members and Directors are also involved in and committed to educating the public on actions they can take to help reduce demands on potable water supplies.
